This week on the H&M Trucking Podcast, we’re discussing the most exciting thing we’ve ever talked about!  And if you believe that, Denny has a bridge to sell you!  All jokes aside, we’re talking about check in kiosks that you’re starting to see pop up along your routes.  We’ll hear from Driver Manager Sarah Stuart and one of her drivers, Vernon Butts.  We’ll ask whether or not Vernon has been seeing any kiosks, and how he handles them.  After that, two drivers known for their stellar customer service, Scotty Beals and Tommy Bash join the show. We’ll chat about how they maintain stellar customer service, and meet a very well traveled succulent named Wilson.

This week on The H&M Trucking Podcast, we’re hauling nothing but patriotism in red, white and blue trucks for our 4th of July Special.  We will chat with some former members of America’s armed forces in H&M drivers Dylan Ford and Scotty Beals.  After that we’ll try to keep all our digits attached as we bring you some mind blowing 4th of July facts, a special note from Denny, and some John Philips Sousa to play us out!

INGREDIENTS:
Chicken Leg Quarters
Seasoning (i.e. Tony’s Creole Seasoning, BBQ dry rub, etc. Or, just Salt and Pepper)
Crock Pot Liner
Paper Towels
Wipes
Paper Plate
Whatever Sides you choose (i.e. Tub of Mashed Potatoes or Rice-A-Roni. Maybe some Tater
Wedges or Potato Salad, etc.)
 
PREP:
Season the Chicken
Place in the crock pot
Cook 4 hours on High or hours on Low
Prepare your sides
 
CLEAN UP:
 
Unless the liner broke, this should be easy.
Clean with disposable wipes.
Dry the crock pot with paper towels
