Last week we talked about how offensive road rage can be, and this week, the show is all about defense.  Defensive driving that is, and we’ll have Driver Chris Twogood on the show along with a very special surprise guest.  Eve Essary will join us to lay down the law, and safety manager Dean Edmunds will talk about passing down safe driving habits to his kids.

This week on the podcast we're talking road rage.  Hopper Division Manager Brenda Hampton tells us about a few times she’s flown a bird, and we've packed this episode with 3 driver profiles for your listening pleasure.  Drivers Robert Cohen, Jeff Rossen and Daniel Huffman join us to talk about dealing with idiots on the road and how they manage the stress that can often lead to road rage.  Then company President James Fonda joins us to trade college football punches with Marcus and discuss road rage in their personal lives.

This week on the pod we’re helping you plan for retirement.  After we check in with Deanna from Driver Advocacy, we’ll hear from HR Manager Eve Essary about getting enrolled in H&M’s 401K, which includes a company match.  We’ll hit some breaking industry news and Marcus will provide some tips on retirement preparation.  After that, driver Joe Bargonetti makes his 3rd appearance on the podcast, and President of H&M James Fonda talks college football and detention pay!

It’s moving week for the staff over at the H&M Trucking Home Office, so we’re loading up our boxes and taking the trip with them.  We’ll talk to Deanna from Driver Advocacy about staying hydrated on the road during some intense heat waves plaguing the country.  After that, we dive head first into the new digs with Courtney and Allie from The Modern Hive Interior Design for some insight on how the vision of the new office came together.  Executive VP Dale Cook joins us for some history lessons on what the office has looked like in the past, and President James Fonda shares his excitement about the move.
